14+ years across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and CRO environments, spanning both laboratory and computational work. Hands-on experience processing, analyzing, and visualizing NGS data — including RNA-seq and whole genome sequencing along with sequencing QC. Experienced in biomedical data management, biospecimen and sample management, and managing CRO relationships and deliverables. Skilled at scientific data curation and knowledge-base development, including FAIR data curation and AI-assisted literature and data mining.
